BBQ is a deep hole, with plenty of geographical differences from meat to sauces. I don’t think anyone can come to single winner as it is too complex a cuisine.
I have seen Georgia boys travel to Texas for Brisket for example. The sauces and style just do not exist in every location. Hence why I love platers. Brisket, Pulled Pork, Turkey (I like chicken myself), Hot Link, Ribs and a loaf of white bread with sauces are the winner here. Oh and Burbon lots and lots of Burbon.
I love food. I give brisket a 10/10. I give pork chops a 10/10. None of them are better than the other, depending on mood, and who is cooking and how you feel.
When I fire up the smoker, I usually have at least 1 chicken in there, ribs, a brisket and maybe some burgers or a small Boston butt. I try to get as much of everything in there so I get all bases covered. When doing burgers, I usually buy a cheap block of cheddar and smoke that too.
All of this stuff is amazing. I'm just glad it was poll and not the other one.

Hamburgers over Pork Ribs for me because Hamburgers are incredible and anything pork tastes like ass crack.
Rib Eye over Plank Salmon, because it's not even close. Plank salmon is unnecessarily fussy and Rib Eye is the food of the Gods.
Prime Rib over beef tenderloin because prime rib is basically just an enormous rib eye. No contest here.
The last two were close for me, but I picked rotisserie chicken over brisket simply because bad brisket is horrific, but bad rotisserie chicken is edible.

I like a good burger in a pinch. Not every BBQ event is going to be a feast and I am more than happy to throw some burgers on the grill for dinner, but if you put all those other choices in front of me, sorry hamburger, you are the weakest link.
