You would think if there was going to be a trademark sharing agreement anyways Vegas would have gone with the better name of Black Knights or just Knights.

Good to see this resolved though so the NHL didn't have to deal with an awkward Baltimore CFL no names situation.

They actually play Division 1 NCAA hockey, so you'd think they'd have a better claim against Vegas than the Army parachute team or a college that doesn't even have a hockey team. Maybe Foley paid them off a long time ago.

Amazing that they didn't have this sorted out before playing a season. If they would have had to change their name that would be disastrous.

I think they should have bought the rights for the Wranglers.it already had history in Vegas.

Maybe, but I get the distinct impression that the Vegas ownership really wanted to execute their vision as opposed to borrowing history from anyone else.
