They have said the major obstacle in naming it just the Knights is that the London Knights own that trade mark in Canada, making it very difficult for them to sell any merchandise in Canada.

Unless they reached an agreement with London recently, but a few months ago they said it didn't make sense financially to acquire the trademark from London.

Knights is a dumb name considering the closest (or 2nd closest?) team to them is called the Kings.

Why not something related to local wildlife like Sidewinders, (Gila) Monsters, etc?

I'd like to see this, just so I can bitch about it.

EDIT: nevermind. Oddly enough it works on sportsnet.ca. The audio is a little off though.
