There is a chain in Victoria called Palagio that does 24-hour delivery. The pizza was alright but I definitely had a couple 7am deliveries.

For a drunk pizza option, Costco sells Kirkland 4-packs of frozen pepperoni or cheese pizzas. It's ~$15 for 4 pizzas, so under $4 per pie, and to my tastes, it's a way better pizza than Delissio. I don't keep many things in my freezer, but I make sure to keep a stock of these for those emergency pizza situations.

Those are my go to for a frozen pizza as well, love the taste.
