I would argue that the episode was originally designed to be a series finale, with the uncertainty that it would be back.

I think that the power out had run its course, there wasn't a whole lot left to run with in terms of that story line.

Having Neville as the key bad guy makes more sense and he did have a great line about Monroe having a erotic fixation with Miles.

I'm interested in where its going to go from here, but you are right the first few episodes have to be big ones.

The idea of a revolutionary war where America re-invades itself could be interesting to me. But I don't see what they had left with the power out.

There is still the possibility that someone pops back in through the software back door and de-activates the power.

The return of lightning was a very cool scene.

Yeah, so far its been ok, a little too lost like with the long delay between the tower and now.

Charlie still can't act, but she's incredibly hot

Its not great its not terrible its mor

Is anyone still watching, this show is getting pretty interesting now that its moved away from the turning the power on.

The big bad are the patriots who claim to be the U.S. government, they are pretty much murderous thugs who kill every one.

On the positive note, the Monroe character put in a really strong performance especially on the way to his execution.

We find out a lot more about why Monroe flipped, dead kid.

Miles is becoming less of an angel in this as well.

Tracy what's her head is still hot and her acting has improved this year.

The guy who plays Tom who finally found his son who has become a brain washed member of the Patriots plays menace amazingly.
