wow looks great, what a portion!
Roasted an awesome boned leg of lamb this weekend, I'm finding it really enjoyable getting that jus or gravy to taste good. At first it was super sour - not sure if the red Beaujolais wine does that, but then the meat juices and seasonings just improved it...
