Ive said it numerous times on this site.

New homes were being sold during the boom and it was known as the super trendy and ritzy area.
Many of those who thought home prices would never correct also believed their bonuses would never slow down.
Next thing you know, you own a home based on 2006's salary. Your account has slowly dried up over the past 5 years and your stuck.

How about the marketing on that 2 million dollar home.... how in the world is a 2 million dollar home going to sell with 11 pictures featuring closeups of light fixtures, appliances etc.
I am a huge fan of the exterior and that Frank Lloyd Wright architecture.

There was one of the cheaper studio appartments I looked at that had a couple of shots of the lobby. From the 1x1 picture I could see the sofa and I thought "hey- that looks pretty roomy for ~300 sq feet."
