Default Uninstalling software after HD failure

Unfortunately I had a hard drive die on me. The Drive held my applications only (OS was on an SSD).

I'm having a hell of a time reinstalling applications - the installer seems to think it's still installed as I'm assuming the registry still shows it there. The uninstallers doesn't work as it can't find the applications files anymore.

Is there anything I can run to expunge the registry of these installs?

You should be able to use the uninstall utility that is built into CCleaner to remove those items.
