I'm going to catch it a little later, sounds as though it was a dull affair from reading the game stats.
Lovren, Matip and Gomez injured? Playing Fabinho at CB? No problem. Simply allow 0 shots against.
When does Klopp move to the new formation where we only need 1 defender? As long as VVD is back there we're all good.

Goodison is awfully quiet today. No atmosphere at all.
really like Bournemouths way of playing. David Brooks looks a great talent, and Ryan Fraser is decent too.

Ridiculous that a match this big is on Sportsnet World, thankfully we won't have to deal with that anymore after May but still pathetic.

Can’t believe I would say this, but an injury to Sissoko is crushing!

Fantastic goal and equally fantastic finish.
Was thinking even if it had been 0-0 at HT I had a feeling of being entertained.

Lukaku will have a hard time getting starts under Ole. Seems like Rashford is exactly what he wants from his #9 and Lingard/Martial complement that extremely well. Really like the front 3 as a whole ... Lingard and Rashford provide a lot of movement and make great runs, while Martial gives them a more direct element from the left in those 1-on-1 situations. Hard to imagine Lukaku unseat one of them at the moment.

United under siege, De Gea holding out for now but tough to see him holding out another 20 minutes.

I hope United gives Solskjaer permanent manager in the strength of this. They’re horrible, and were it not for De Gea this would be what...4-1? Spurs surely deserved a goal at the very least and are just not quite there.

De Gea does it again, although that was a great performance and not a legendary one. Spurs finishing wasn't very good which helped.

Meh, it's just like Tuesday for us against Chelsea; we didn't deserve the win that day and lucked out with the 1-0 victory. Difference is Spurs were capable of more, and I'm not sure that United is at this point.

meh. Not like United didn't have chances beyond the goal ... they obviously set back in the final 20 minutes or so and could have been punished for that, but it was a solid away performance against a good team before that.

I'd rather be horrible than Spurs. At least horrible never gives you false hope.

De gea is decent at that shot stopping thing
But the saves on dele were just bad shots
Giggs and Sherwood pre, ht, and post game was worse than anything though
Sherwood on one side puts down spurs at every chance he gets because they fired him for being the worst manager of all time and having an entire team quit on him, even jose always keeps a few loyal followers, yet on the other keeps trying to play up that he was the harry kane whisperer
