Who would you have cast instead?

Christ can that man make a good trailer.
No music. Ocean sounds, ticking clock, airplanes. Well done.

Nolan is as bankable as it gets right now. Even his misses are damn good movies. I love his practical effects.
The fact that hes dabbling in War history is awesome. The genre is getting a tad stale, for lack of a better word. And on a story that others may not think to tell.
Only thing that pisses me off is July 2017...seriously?

Is there a Nolan movie that's a miss? Only one I haven't seen is Following.
All of his other movies were still solid and unique.

The Dark Knight Rises is probably as close as he comes to a miss, and everyone knows he mailed that in. And it's still better than most movies.

I dont know what they had on Nolan to blackmail him into doing a Comic book Trilogy but it must have been worth jail time or something.
Worth it.

Enough money can budge even the most stubborn artists.
Although, he likely signed for 3 potential films when he first signed on for BB, which was when he was not the force he is now. Contractual obligations or legal issues? Just make the damn movie. It's Batman haha. It's not like it was Aquaman or something.

Nolan is my favorite director, I can't wait for anything he creates. Will be there opening day on his pedigree alone.

Yeah he really hasn't made a bad movie. Dark Knight Rises wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible either.
