Absolutely. I like BT for the most part, if he can make some solid moves next offseason to the forwards (that he probably should have done a year or two ago) and DS can get the most out of them, then we're in for some fun. Like the defense quite a bit, love the goalie. Liking the coach a lot more now. Forwards are next in line for an upgrade.

Darryl Sutter remains the only coach in NHL history who has defeated all three division winners on his way the the Stanley Cup Finals - and he's done it twice.
(of course this can't be done anymore with the new division setup but whatever)

Tell me back in 2004 that in 2021 Craig Conroy would be part of the management team that would hire Darryl Sutter as head coach, joining a staff that already featured Martin Gelinas, and I would tell you that it must some fan that won a contest to be GM.

Assuming he is in Viking, he'll be able to drive to either Edmonton or Calgary, which makes it easier than if he had to fly.
I believe he can be cleared to join the team after 4 negative COVID tests over 7 days (days 1, 3, 5, 7 IIRC). If they put the wheels in motion with this move after the loss last Thursday in Ottawa, he could already be cleared. I don't know if they could have kept that secret for a week though.
