Poor old Beau Bennett. Off to his best year ever, gets injured often, doesn't meet the requirements to get his name on the Cup, traded to NJ.

If there's one good thing I can say about the Devils, at least they're not playing Luke Gazdic (or at least it seems they aren't).
Can't believe that anchor is still in the NHL on ANY team.

And if Elliott starts tomorrow?

You either need to watch more hockey or just pay a little more attention. More than 60% of the roster has been in the league for at least 2-3 years

I think so.
Also, gotta say it again. I can't believe Gazdic is still on ANY NHL team.

Flames should be able to come away with a win. Depends if they can score goals

Anyone else not surprised they're as awful as they are with that lineup? Defensive pairings of Merrill/Lovejoy, Quincey/Severson??? That's just bad. Stollery/Santini?...
I actually think Miles Wood could become something good, but the rest of those 3rd and 4th line forwards? Um....woof.
I'll be hugely disappointed if the Flames lose to this sorry ass team.

Yeah it's not that bad of a team looking at the forwards, but that defense is f'ing abysmal. Just shows how good Schneider is.
What made the Devils think they could afford to give up Larsson for Hall in the first place?

The top half of their forwards are okay, but their bottom 6 group? Garbage.
I mean Smith-Pelly, Lappin, Beau Bennett, Coleman, Kalinin?? Awful.

Bennett, Kalinin, and Smith-Pelly are all solid NHL players and have been for years. I can't comment on the other guys. Kalinin had many years in the KHL before coming over last year.

DSP is kind of like Bouma, in the past was useful, but these days too often is not
