Vancouver is not that expensive.

this may be important to you, but there are now dealerships in town for most niche/luxury auto brands and i think they are not that busy.

Ah Barbados, one of my first loves. It isn't what it used to be, my understanding is the last 15 years have been hard on that beautiful island.

That being said I can't think of a place I loved more for so many reason and when I was going there regularly, early 2000 it was safe.

Fitting this would come up after a cold, dark and rainy winter (in Van). I've lived in both places and both have their positives and negatives, but if you're not used to the 6 weeks of constant rain/clouds (I sure wasn't) it can be draining.

Covid aside, in the future would it make more sense to set aside a week or two in mid Jan/Feb to go somewhere warm for some sun? It's not really the heat you'd need but just some sun. I assumed most in van would want to do that.

I just don't think Vancouver is that expensive to live in. I even hired another butler this year because of how cheap it was.

Do you make them fight for their supper? You would.

I would never disrespect the people who cook my food, clean my clothes, and are in my house when I sleep. It would be way too easy for them to poison or murder me. A happy butler is a productive butler.

Kensington is a BIA, not a neighbourhood. So is it Hillhurst or Sunnyside?

Yeah but they don't speak with Received Pronunciation. Who wants a butler with a Welsh accent? Garbage.
