Good game, I thought the better team won. A little sloppy defensively but overall you could see they were the much better team throughout the game.

And judging by the Coyote broadcast that's how they see their team:

As a Coleman criticizer I’ve been awful quiet lately. At least in that regard.

The guy has been good.

Hey look, we're on a winning streak! Take a much needed break, boys. You've earned it.

Now let's make up some ground on home ice for a few games.

Thought maybe we could get to 70 shots after the first period.
Feels good to go into the break with back to back wins!

Sutter: I want the team in a playoff position at the break.

When was the last time one of our defensemen had four points? I imagine Gio did it most recently.

Flames win, Canada men's soccer team wins, Canada women's hockey up 3-0 after one period at the Olympics. Fantastic night.

This is a totally different team from previous years. Last game before a week off, back to back on the road against Arizona would have been a surefire loss in years previous.

Good ho hum win.

Markstrom passes the test and locks it down in the third.

No drama, the way I like it.

Team is looking unreal lately. They could definitely use another goal scorer or two in the top 6 but overall very solid hockey right now. Hopefully that little stretch where they lost a bunch was just post-covid sluggishness and they stick to this kind of hockey from now on because they look scary.

5-1 in their last 6. Tremendous hockey as of late. Keep it going Flames!
