At 15 three of my buddies had dirt bikes, I use to watch them doing jumps in a makeshift motocross track I helped build in an old farmers field, secretly I was very jealous and my parents refused to allow me to have one because I had a nephew badly injured on one, I swore as soon as I could buy my own I would.
I never did get that bike but 2 years later I got my pilots license and I buzzed them in my uncles 172. Not sure if they were jealous of me flying or jealous of the chicks ....who just love a kid that could fly!

I never had as nice of a house as my friends.
My friends also would get ski passes and would go out to the mountains as a group regularly and that wasn’t an option for me.

Anybody who had Transformers. We could only afford Gobots. I still have them. According to eBay, worthless.

Well....we all hate you now. So you've got that going for you. Which is nice...

I brought my kids home to visit my dad years ago...
He knew we were coming and bought one of these dead battery and all...
Just for my boys.
We pulled these kids around for two weeks with a rope.
They loved every minute.

I know a guy with a farm who needs beasts of burden to plough his fields.
What are you doing Sunday?
I wont lie...there might also be an impromptu 'Barn Raising' and some mild scolding of lifestyle....

TMNT blimp has been mentioned, but I was also super jealous of the kid that had the TMNT technodrome too. I had the pizza thrower, which was pretty cool, but not on the same level.
I had the classic rural upbringing, so I was always jealous of the kids that had more than 3 channels. And of course, my parents got satellite immediately after I moved out.

I was friends with a kid who was part of the early waves exiting Hong Kong for Canada. He lived on Lake Sundance and had a Famicom, Nintendo, and a Sega Master System. I didn’t think anyone could be richer!
It was like Disneyland to late 80s me.
Now my boys have Playstation, Switch, iPad, and Laptop and Oculus.
Spoiled brats.

I had the Turtle Lair, the Turtle Van, and ... the Ghostbusters fire hall headquarters.
I may not have had a goddamn Power Wheels Jeep, but I could flex my imagination like nobody's business with those three at my disposal. So many Ghostbuster / TMNT cameos.

I swear I bought one of these from you 8 or 9 years ago. Red Jeep. My boy loved it.

As a girl, I wanted a “cabbage patch kid”. My parents saw people beating each other for one and that was the end of me getting one. Just wanted the Adoption papers a doll with an outie

N64 when it came out and the original Playstation, was all the rage, and game boys until I got one later on and played the #### out of it..went through piles of batteries. Power Wheels, skateboards with wheels that actually rolled. Kids that got candy snacks in their lunches. My parents had money but didn't like me consuming sugar or touching a video game console. Of course I binged hard on those things in my teens, and while I appreciate the ingenuity of video games today, I now see them as a total waste of time like my parents did.
