You could but then something clear and obvious happens in a stadium that is VAR equipped but wasn't used, that would seem dumb.

Meanwhile Spurs had a deal for Porro, and it’s apparently on the rocks. Why couldn’t Spurs get in on that loan for Cancelo?

Everton have appointed Sean Dyche as their new manager after Frank Lampard's departure, the club announced on Monday.

Dyche has signed a 2½-year contract until June 2025 at Goodison Park and is tasked with steering Everton away from the relegation zone.

Thoughts and prayers for Sean Dyche.

Well, maybe a new manager bounce? That would be nice.

I think you can kiss that dream goodbye now, I'd be surprised if they go down with Dyche. They were interested in Bielsa too, now that would have been surefire relegation ... but at least it would have been spectacular lol

Have some faith, they could still pull it off!

Maybe that's where they belong and I'm fine with that. But maybe they could start out with a win this weekend before they implode? That's not asking that much!

looks like Djed Spence is going to Stade Rennes on loan until the end of the season. Not a bad choice I think.

So Roman is actually still the owner and Boehly is just a front for laundering the money through, right?

Lol, they’re signing Enzo AND Caicedo now?!

Honestly, it’s hilarious. If some of these guys don’t work out, they’re tied to them for 6-7 years, which is a disaster. Boehly runs his baseball team like this, but it’s an entirely different sport. Baseballers are somewhat interchangeable. That’s not the case here. The other factor is that if they don’t make CL, it’s a problem. They’re going to have to make it for the cash flow.

If they don't make CL? They're 10 points back with no signs of life. I don't see them turning it around this season.

After signing everyone Arsenal was in for, Chelsea are now selling Jorginho to Arsenal.
