The best of CP in 2013
They year is almost to a close (boy did it go by fast) so I figured we should reflect on our favorite moments of the year. Mine:
-jhunt getting exposed by his GF
-the Blake Comeau trade thread
-The guy who made a thread saying we signed Markus Naslund instead of Granlund
-AC's Iginla tribute
-The always awesome Oiler and Canuck bashing.
And I know I am missing more but nothing else is coming to mind. I'm sure some posters will bring up threads and posts I've forgotten

The things that stand out for me, was seeing members step up in big and small wsys, to help other members out - always impresses me so much.

The jhunt incident still makes me laugh.
As an aside, does anybody know what the previous most thanked post was? Seeing the 400 thanks for my Iggy video is pretty awesome.
According to the YouTube analytics, it's been seen in 63 countries and shared on about 30 websites including Czech, Hungarian, Latvian, and Kazakh hockey websites. Pretty cool!
Also they tell you the average length people from each country watch the video for, and usually people tune out between 5-10 minutes. But 1 dude in India, and 2 in Croatia stuck through the whole thing, haha.

The Flood thread is my vote for thread of the year. During the flood it was so informative and helpful, afterwards it was amazing to see the pride so many CPers have in our community.

That jhunt thing makes me nervous. I know my ex posts on this site, or used to. I know who she is, but I don't think she knows who I am. I try to not post anything super personal about my time in Calgary as she could figure it out and try to oust me and end me.
