With the rigged lottery being over (If TBL do not win, it is rigged obviously), the lightning are open to move down from the 4th overall pick. Open to offers including young forwards as well.
This pick has now been moved

Looking to move up from 25 because I know Grant is gonna steal my guy at 17.

Pens are open to ideas with draft picks. Will package to move up, or could deal all picks away for prospects based on which pick(s) are in the deal. Not interested in picking up any players outside of prospects at this time.
PM is best

In sports, a prospect is any player whose rights are owned by a professional team, but who has yet to surpass a threshold where they achieve rookie status (as defined by their respective league), or is not established with the team yet.

In my experience, a prospect is a player that does really well in an overseas league, comes over to North America, has a 'professional tryout', signs and plays one year in the American Hockey League, and then goes back to Germany for the rest of his career.
Prospect.

Vitek Vanecek
25 years old
RFA
Started more games this year than Samsonov did in Washington and got them to the playoffs. I just don't see where he fits in here but I suspect he will get a decent starters rating.
Stats: 21W 10L 4OTL 2SO
With 21 wins he is tied for 7th among all starters.

Would ideally package them up or could potentially move them individually. Would need a young top player for the 3 and 9.
Mark Stone is also available in the right deal.
