The portion from 22x to Glenmore (through the Reserve) is supposed to be open to traffic in 2021. The portion from Glenmore/Highway 8 to 16th/Highway 1 is supposed to open in 2022.

Tsuu Tina should build the shopping area by the Grey Eagle, make it like a destination where people can spend all day all night there. Not sure why they make the shopping center on the other side of the reserve

They'll have that sort of stuff by the casino too. There's going to be three different developments, one connected to Anderson, one connected to Southland, and one south of Glenmore.

I think it makes sense to put the big box stores in the south development by Anderson. That part of the city doesn't really have any convenient big box stores. Putting them closer to Glenmore would just put them in competition with West Hills.

I don't think Costco is really conducive to the kind of "stay all day" experience you suggest. I know whenever I go to Costco, it's usually a quick trip there, grab what I need, and then home to unload. That's the same for any big box place.

Pretty slow on the updates to the Taza website; almost 2 years now.

That said, there is not much to update. 3 sets of stores, all likely to be the same retail as pop up everywhere else such as the new Deerfoot Mall development. A McDonalds. An Edo. A Five Guys. Tommy Gunn barber shop.

Costco will be the highlight.

Let hope T’suu Tina Trail will at least be 110kmh.
