The biggest challenge was the fact it backed onto the corner of 69th st and had a private school right behind it.

i have never understood the appeal of this house design. especially the back door.

just a box with a garage, im sure its nice inside and congrats to the new owners as it must have met their criteria, but I just dont like the blandness of the backside of the house.

Everyone has different taste/budgets.
To buy something in this area of this size and not a simple box with a garage is going to add quite a bit to the price.

fair enough, just offering my unsoliciated opionion. clearly this house worked for someone as they paid alot of money for it!

im sure its real nice inside.
