Wow what a disaster. No point in putting Stafford back in this one. It's over.

So Patricia puts Stafford back in to throw his 4th pick. I hope for Stafford's sake that he's given the rest of the night off as Patricia hasn't handled this game well.

Can't they just call this game and start the next one early?

That is why you don't pay defensive players like quarterbacks IMO
|
Phil Rivers also had one if his best games in his career and lost, as did Drew Brews.
QB is undoubtedly the most important position in sports but you pay guys who are the best at their position abd make plays, especially if it's as a pass rusher.

Quarterbacks are football players too. They can take a hit

where you can hit the QB is turning into the strike zone, middle of the chest to bottom of the knees

But don’t hit the QB too hard or that’s also a penalty. Getting pretty tough to play defence these days

It really felt like the Raiders had a chance in this game. Rams took them apart in the second half. Maybe all those old legs on the Raiders got tired? Who knows.

The Khalil Mack trade makes a lot more sense when you realize the Raiders acquired those extra first round picks to select Derek Carr's replacement.

I think the Rams made adjustments on defense and Carr self-destructed in the 4th quarter. That Rams team is really, really good. Basically an all-star defense. They are going to be tough to beat.

Hot gambling tip of the week: the Pats/Jags game is currently a pick 'em. Bet the Pats hard.

Why? Does Blake Bortles all of a sudden not suck? Is Tom Brady all of a sudden not Tom Brady?

Tonight's game is a prime example of why you don't get overly excited about week one results. Ravens doing their best impersonation of the Bills agains them last week.

Covering AJ Green 1v1 seems like a terrible idea to everyone but the Ravens.
