Shapo and Gabriel hit the courts later today on the men's side while Rebecca plays her opening round match on the women's side.

This is how I know I'm a nerd. I try to support Canadian companies but I'm not paying $80 or a tee or $100+ for a polo. It's a shame their stuff is so expensive.

I have two daughters that wear their leggings and while they are expensive, they do last a long time and they have a very good return policy. My daughter got a hole in one of her leggings and they replaced it no questions asked with a brand new pair.

Gabriel Diallo should be taking the court shortly, let's go Gabe!!
Edit: Nardi takes the opening set in a tie-break (7-1 was the tie-breaker score). Gabriel was up a break but gave it right back and truth be told didn't play all that great in set 1.

Gabriel takes set 2 in a tie-break (7-3 was the tie-breaker score). He served for set 2 at 5-4 and was broken and saved a couple of set points down 5-6 to get into the 2nd set tie-break. Playing a little better, but needs to up that 1st serve percentage.

Gabe breaks Nardi serving for set 3 at 5-4. We play on at 5-5
Edit: But then is broke right back. Ugh.

Nardi takes set 3 7-5. Gabriel is going to kick himself if he loses this match, just way too many unforced errors.

Yeah, and just went up a double break and is serving at 4-0 in set 4. Would not be surprised to see Nardi tank the rest of this set and conserve energy for the 5th set.

Gabriel takes set 4 6-1 and thus a 5th set shootout will decide who goes on to round 2.

Nardi hit the wall and fell apart fast. Best of 5 sets is a beast.

I'm not sure in what kind of world that Berrettini vs. Rune is a round 2 match at a slam, but hey I'm going to need more popcorn.

Kasidit Samrej from Thailand is giving Medvedev all he can handle as they are currently in set 3 at one set each.
Edit: Samrej now up 2 sets to 1 on Meddy. Current ATP ranking of Samrej is #418
