Mattia Bellucci followed up his big win over Meddy by taking out Oikos earlier today 6-4 6-2 in Rotterdam. What a week for the 23 year old Italian.

That's for sure - The young Americans are coming on strong as well, the young guys have very well developed games these days, coaching is very strong in the junior and college ranks.

Shapo through to the semi-finals in Dallas with a 7-6 6-0 victory over Tomas Machac. Another very good match from Denis tonight and he will take on Tommy Paul on Saturday.

I'm sure Reilly and Shapo were swapping Allensworth stories in the locker room this week in Dallas lol.

Shapo picks the perfect time to break with Tommy Paul serving to stay in set 1 at 5-6. Playing a great match so far against a very good opponent.

Shapo breaks and is serving for the match at 5-3 in set 2.
Edit: Denis closes it out 7-5 6-3 and will take on Casper Ruud in the final on Sunday. Go get that title Denis!!

If he could get on a roll here, he could be back in the top 20 by the end of the US swing. He has almost no points to defend.

It's 2025 and Felix has won his first outdoor tourney and Charlie has won his first indoor tourney. I'm surprised it took so long for this to be accomplished bu both guys.

Yeah, already a fine week rankings wise related as Denis has gone up 16 places to #38 in the live rankings. A victory today and he's up to #32.

A high quality first set with little to choose between the two guys, but Shapo takes it in a tie-break (7-5 was the tie-breaker score).

Shapo breaks early in set 2 and is serving at 2-0
Edit: Not an easy consolidation of the break mainly due to some sloppy shot-making, but job done.

Leylah just now defeated #9 in the world Emma Navarro 6-2 6-2 at the Qatar Open. Her biggest win in quite some time, great to see.
Edit: I just heard that this is the first win by Leylah over a top 10 player on a outdoor hard court since 2021.

Leylah will take on the winner of the Paula Badosa vs. Amanda Anisimova match (assuming Badosa defeats Zarazua). Schedule makers giving Leylah a day off on Tuesday.
