You seriously had to look at that picture and try to think of other evidence to support a boob job?
Real breasts don't look like that man. And I don't just mean the size. They're sitting all wrong.
Nothing against fake, there are some great ones, and if the woman wants to do it, it's her body and I have nothing to say about it. Just makes me laugh when men get fooled by obvious fakes, or women try to deny obvious fakes. I would think with the access to internet porn we have nowadays, and the boobs we can look at, most guys would be able to spot fakes with 99% accuracy.
I will say there are a few fakes that could fool, but generally that's when you don't try to break the D cup.
Digging some of these plot ideas from some of the posters. A 'gritty' Full House pt 2 that totally lampooned or changed the original could be very entertaining. Of course, it won't go that way.
