You mean the belief system people invented? I think I’m allowed to generalize humanity, especially when there’s scientific basis supporting it.

I'm simply saying that your criticism in that post was meaningless.

People are allowed to criticize a belief system that has historical track record of motivating otherwise decent people to think and act in reprehensible ways because of their belief that a supreme being expects it. Beliefs inform opinions and actions. What you believe about a stove being hot will inform your action of not touching the element. What you believe about a person's actions and the consequences of those actions will inform your opinions of and actions toward that person.

You're within your rights to criticize adherents of these belief systems too.
