If the Flames were in a position to crush those hopes by beating the Oilers in the last game of the season, they may be sorely tempted not to. I mean, come on, who could be a more perfect first round opponent than the Oilers?

His last games are this season. But he got a game in each canadian city for a send off this year. AFAIK, he still does regional MTL and TOR games. Cold be wrong though.

Caps still have something to play for. Tampa is just going to coast till the playoffs (and hopefully beyond that too, to end up getting bounced in the first round)
