That's down from original estimates. Lucid, run by an ex-Tesla engineer, is the latest firm to tap the initial public offering market, with investors rushing into the EV sector, spurred by the rise of Tesla and with tightening emission regulations coming in Europe and elsewhere. The deal, which has a transaction equity value of $11.75 billion, includes a $2.1 billion cash contribution from CCIV and a PIPE (private investment in public equity) investment of 2.5 billion from investors.

Put in a couple of buy orders on BTCC and ATE to average down positions that I knew were a bit high when I bought in and that I view as longer plays, but otherwise going to stand back and see what happens. Glad I didn't move on a few of these yesterday. :/

Big morning. How will the new retail investors respond?
I wish i had more US cash available to pick up some of these dips! Was able to get a bit more CAD shares but the real movement is in US

I am going to be taking profit on some of my positions like SAVE, WBA, DIS, WYNN and JPM while they are still at top of charts and buying stocks like SCR, RIOT, ADN, SPCE, EGLX...will keep some cash just in case we see more down days coming

I think they issued 5 million more shares in prep for their NASDAQ IPO. Didn't look closely at it, but maybe just dilution?

Picked up a bit of YUMC
Sold my KOPN and OEG plays at -8% and -42% respectively since they were short term plays. Broke one of my rules in regards to cutting losses early with OEG and paid for it today.
Other than that...just watching everything play out. I am glad that I took profits on my other positions periodically throughout the year. Doing that definitely helped me not panic and sell everything first thing this morning hahaha

Got in on CBDT this morning. I had a buy order from the day before that was filled at market open thanks to the drop. Already up $100! That’s a lot of chicken!
