You never know, the deceased could have climbed into the wall and patched it up behind them of their own volition. They might be looking at the most elaborate suicide that Calgary has ever seen.
Or maybe he was taking a break during construction, had a heart attack and the dry wallers never noticed him in the wall before installing their panels
