I remember this being sort of major news a few years ago, but I can't find anything from a 'credible' news source now, but MSM does have a history of protecting high profile pedo's. So you're forced to fringe news sources:

Digging into it a bit more, I do see that ITCSS isn't credible. The key witness, William Coombes, and his testimony and death both appear to be real:
The guy that brought up the charges, Vivian Cunningham, also appears to be a real person. It sounds like some internet sleuths have tried to follow up on this story and contacted the hospital he was put in, which confirmed he had been there, but beyond that his current whereabouts are unknown.
All the debunking of the story I've found focuses on the legitimacy of the ITCSS (which I agree is pretty hokey), but I didn't come across anything that debunked the existence of these two individuals and their stories.
Without the context of the royal families clear ties to pedophilia and the horrors of the residential school system (ran by the catholic church), this would be a pretty flimsy story. I must admit that the Queen being inserted into this story could be pure fiction and that this may just be another case of the Catholic church stealing, raping and killing children.
Not that I would ever want to get in the way of a good royal family pedo story but the Royals have nothing to do with the Catholic Church ever, if they are going to diddle its with a good god fearin' Anglican orphanage

Not necessarily, the judge ordered him directly to jail, and it's entirely possible that he gets denied bail during his appeal.
