Shaw Remote

Well we somehow managed to break the down arrow button on our Shaw remote. Will Shaw replace this or are we going to have to buy a new one?

Shaw will give you one for free, just go to the main office downtown and exchange it. I've done it hundreds of times.

Any place there is a retail center you should be able to grab one. Barlow or Cemetery Hill are the ones I have used.

Perhaps the better question is what doesn't Otto-matic do with those remotes.
