Default Visual Basic 2010 help

I have a project I have to complete for Monday at 6pm and am having some trouble with VB. I know it's not a difficult programming language but I'm just starting out at it. If someone could PM me I'd be ever so grateful. If I don't get back to you tonight I'll respond tomorrow morning.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know VB, but I will point out the greatest programmers resource in the world:

I thanked photon's post, even though he's wrong.

Google is the greatest programmer's resource in the world. Stack Overflow is a close second. Yeah, I know Google usually points me to Stack Overflow...

Post your questions, dude. Better to get 10 half-baked answers in a forum than one completely raw one via PM.

The best thing about VS2010: being able to compile to previous version of the .NET framework. None of this "I can't upgrade to 2010 because my office only installs .NET 2.0" crap.

In before the "don't learn VB, learn C#" comments.

Can you post some specifics? I can try to help, but I can't do much without knowing what's going on.

Much better to have this in the open too. It creates a searchable resource for others to use.

FYI: Stackoverflow typically frowns on people asking the community to do their homework for them.

And so they should! Meant it more for a search resource than actually posting a question, any beginner programming questions are probably exhaustively answered.
