Another great episode. Had me guessing from the start which way it was going. Be interesting to see where it goes from here.

They are really nailing the stories this season. That was an interesting episode, looks like Teddy is the new baddie with big plans.

That was a terrific episode. The overall quality of this show is currently far superior to the flagship series, and I'm finding the stories and characters to be much more intriguing. The new big baddie Teddy seems like an interesting character. Virginia was a bit like Negan 2.0, which worked and made her a formidable foe for a while. But this new guy appears to be more of a nerdy/professor type of personality.

It was weird seeing Nick Stahl again. I can't even remember the last thing I saw him in. Terminator 3 maybe?

There was a point where I thought the second or third season that it was destined to be cancelled. It sure has turned it around.

I was really ready to check out in Season 5 when Strand was in the hot air balloon. That was like, 90's era sitcom cheese. Or the radioactive zombie plot that made no sense with the kids. This show was been all over the place in terms of quality. Almost all of season 6 is great though.

Hadn't thought of it that way...I was just wondering why I was sitting through it.Had about 3 minutes of plot progression.

Hey, TV writers...if you are considering doing a dream episode, or someone unconscious, or stuff that happens that is irrelevant to the plot, please give your head a shake. Nobody likes these episodes.

That ending was incredibly dark, and I enjoyed the last 5 minutes. But I hate how they made us sit through all that other nonsense to get there.

Overall I still like this show, but if we could just get a normal episode next week that actually advances the plot, that would be swell. Please and thank you.

It was also funny how Morgan kills all those dudes(and admits more from the past), the guy comes back with a gaping wound, and then just lets him live. "Thanks for the key, we cool bro!"

Anyone else think this episode had different writers? A lot of it was really hammy, and super heavy on coincidence. Every so often an episode like this comes up, and the shift is very noticeable.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why I still watch this show.

Some sort of morbid curiosity, or a need for closure maybe...

This whole franchise needs to be put out of it's misery.

I kinda thought this was going to be a surprise series ender. Nuking it all would have been a bold statement.

So, just checking in some years later after never getting into this because it started off terrible... did this ever get decent? Better than the original series?

Peaks and deep valleys. Some episodes are far better than the original has had in the past 5 years. But the bad ones. Oh boy, are they bad.

Not sure what it is with the TWD writers but they are very skilled at writing in characters that are extremely unlikeable. I think we got through season one of this one but found the characters so unlikeable that it was just too hard to watch. Are any of the season 1 characters still in the show?

Been a decent season so far, but wow, they brought out the D-Team writers on this one.
