I think you gotta give it to Kuch. 44 goals, 100 assist. Only two other guys have had 40+ goal, 100+ assists seasons and people argue all the time if one of them is the GOAT

I don't know. I think Kuch has a much better supporting cast than McK does. I think COL would be a very different team without MacK, while TBL would be the same team but not as good.

Kuch will probably take it, but the way MacK can literally take over an entire game and do whatever he wants with it is just... like... we're talking very few players like that in history. Like you could put MacK out there with Nick Fotiu and Tiger Williams and he'd still dominate every time he's on the ice.

Better than Makar, Rantanen, Nichushkin, Lekhonen? Makar > Hedman, Rantanen > Point (at least, that's what the point totals tell me). Nichushkin = Stankos this year at PPG each.

Frankly the "what would their team be without them" argument just might favor McDavid, because without him, his team never makes the POs. But you didn't hear that from me.
