It is October, and usually that's when the games are most erratic.
The Bruins' GAF meter looked pretty similar when they went through Alberta and we know that team isn't bad.
But I will say the teams that experience regular success over 82 games seem to have star players that on top of ability to produce, have that 'hate to lose' intangible that makes them impose their will on games when it matters more than when it doesn't.
I'd like to see Gaudreau and Monahan 'turn the tide' on games that are going sideways as much as stockpiling points on games when the whole team is feeling it. They're damn good players and the last few they look like they're just content to implode with the rest of the team. I don't like that.
