He has different models set up in his basement and you pick which one you want and in which size and he orders them for you and will deliver for $30 (or at least that's the price he charged me).

While tempurpedic are known as the best, Serta has launched their iComfort lineup recently. They are quite a bit cheaper and feel just as good as the tempur. I myself sleep on the IComfort and am very satisfied with it. As someone who works in the industry, I would definitely recommend you check them out.
