Why would you gatekeep what someone likes and whether it makes them an ok person? Just seems like a wild thing to do. Even thinking something is a death of culture as you say, who cares that much about what other people enjoy?
I've never understood that feeling of looking down on someone for liking a certain show or movie or podcast, if they enjoy it bully for them
Think it says a lot more about you than it does them
