Flames get up for big games against team above them in standings. Seem to take their foot off of the bottom feeders. Calling a loss, hoping for more of the Vancouver game.

Stated previously, Calgary needs to channel that Vancouver game and bring it tonight... losing two in a row to a bottom feeder like SJS doesn't give much hope they'll make the playoffs, much less win a round.

SJS have good players and will present a challenge. CGY also have very good players and just have to continue with their mindset - compete hard!
Move the puck with smart, quick passing. Exit clean, use the middle of the ice and make plays. It was fun watching their effort and compete and it looked like CGY enjoyed too. Defend hard and have fun scoring goals!

Quickly looking at the games played so far, 16 of their wins against po teams and 9 of their losses against bottom feeders...well 10 if you include the no goods. 
So I understand what you are saying.
