Executives in general have big egos. I’m not surprised fully. But I’m surprised Rogers was a dick to his face. With the power struggle going on right now in Rogers I’m happy yo see this guy exposed. Frankly every poor leader should be outed. Now we know why Masai was so quiet all summer. That would piss off anyone and now we know he really wanted to be here despite that guys’ view on him.

Damn, that was an exciting ending! Moreso due to the Bulls breaking down and having some awful brain cramps than what the Raptors did... but DeRozan's poise and iso-scoring is exactly what the Bulls need.

Yeah DeMar was torching us in the 4th. The Bulls have a solid club for the first time in a while.

gotta admit, I thought the Raptors should have taken Suggs, but Barnes had looked really good in the games I've seen so far.

It's not like I didn't like Barnes; when Raptors were picking 7th, I thought Barnes would be a great pick. At #4, with Lowry on the way out, Suggs just seemed to be a better fit to me....

On a side note, does Armstrong seem a little over the top this year? I didn't mind him other years, but am finding him very grating this year...

18/7/7 for Barnes tonight. He is so much better already then advertised.

The thing I’m most impressed about with Barnes is his passing ability. This is a elite point guard level pass here:

Also, the Lakers are hilarious to watch. It’s like a beautiful train wreck.

This team is going to absolutely work you to death. It might not be the most successful season ever interms of wins but man are they a team you can be proud interms of how hard and determined they are going to play. Barnes is rightfully getting a ton of early hype but Banton is right there with him. The sky is the limit for that guy.

With Pascal and Watanabe both working out with the 905 and close to coming back, it's tough to figure out what the rotation is going to be. Presumably one of Trent or Barnes comes off the bench, but both of those guys have been playing so well. Or Precious comes off the bench and Siakam starts at C, but I think it's tough for a guy coming back from injury to guard up-a-size. As a closing unit though, FFV, GTJ, OG, Barnes and Siakam is going to be a lot of fun. Boucher played better tonight, but I think Watanabe gets a chance to take a chunk of his minutes as well as Svi's.

Really good comeback by the Bulls vs. Knicks but DeRozan does what he does best in crunch situations - chokes with an air ball. The guy has proven to be a great 3rd option, but when you're 1st with Lavine, I dunno.

Finally got a chance to watch this game. When I was watching it live I thought he just threw the ball away. I didn't even notice the Raptor player there. This kid is awesome. Danton looks amazing as well. Fun game!

Huge game tonight! We’ve got the Barnes vs Suggs showdown to decide once and for all who the better player is and who will have the better career. Let’s go Scottie!

Both Barnes and Banton make me feel like we didn't miss out at all from not picking Suggs. And they're both so fun to watch.

I’ve only been paying attention to basketball for a few years, but when did the term ‘long’ become so ubiquitous when describing players? I know how it’s being used and makes sense, but I don’t remember hearing it much even a few years ago. Just curious.

I love this team! Also is it just me or has this season been way more physical? They are allowing way more contact and not calling as many tickytack fouls. Makes for great basketball and great for a team like the Raps who play such an aggressive style.
