Yeah they would probably still be decent without him, but the guy just scores so many goals from situations that don't even look that dangerous.
He's good for 15-20+ PP goals per year.
The difference last season between the 5th team in the NHL in PP goals and the 25th team was 20 goals.
Because of the fact he is so dangerous, teams try to cheat towards him to shut him down and it creates more space for everyone else.
I think he would make any PP in the NHL at least average or better.
