Possible they are going to make an all out pitch to Duchene or Stone about signing with the Flames? E999
If you believe this is real you are pretty gullible my friend. Flames fly to Ottawa on Saturday for a game in Ottawa on Sunday. Hoceyinsiderrrrrrrr

Or... he can talk about the fact that he has a serious medical issue and the Flames organization have been nothing short of first class. They have been incredibly supportive and its a great organization to be a part of.

All fair, but last time Stone was interviewed before the health scare he was seething with frustration about a lack of playing time due to Andersson's emergence. Not that I blame him, he was a good teammate through it, but he was basically playing Dalton Prout's role for a while.

I hope we see some trades this evening and tomorrow during the day.
I would rather spend my weekend doing fun stuff rather than refreshing my browser every few seconds (my own doing of course)

I had a good laugh at the Winnipeg 1st round pick being the 5th ranked candidate on the trade board. Why is it 5th? Why is it the only non-player on the list? It just seems so random.

They (OTT) should throw in Tkachuk to even it out

Only in GranteedEV's universe is Doughty better than Hedman currently. Brodie is probably better than both.

If necessary, we can send Hanowski to make it perfect

And retain 50% of his salary too. Maybe throw in a clause that they will take the cap hit of 50% of Tkachuk brothers' extensions too. They need to hit the cap floor after all.

When they acquired Dougie it was assumed they were moving on from Faulk.
With Faulk, Hamilton, Pesce, their right side is needlessly stacked. They gotta move someone for help at forward and Faulk seems to be back to being their best guy overall. But the fact all three guys are on that says it's more about trading from a position of strength.

Even weirder that he holds that much value as a “Right Wing”.
