Default Timesheet software

We use Replicon, but just interested in what some other options are out there. We mostly need to track time to projects, and run reports on them. Nothing to fancy. Any recommendations?

From a user point of view: I have three clients, one is on Replicon (easy to track to projects, easy to access from anywhere, easy to roll up reports from), one is on Harvest (kinda lightweight, works for tracking to projects, easy to access, haven't tried any reports), and one is on Deltek (kills my soul).

I also use TSheets from Quicken for any clients that don't have their own system. Interfaces with QuickBooks, does what I need it to do. The reporting is weird.

Harvest is pretty good. Replicon is ok.

I used to do a lot of work with Deltek, I wasn't aware that you could but the time sheet software seperately as its more of an ERP, but I really liked its online time sheets, and project planning modules.

I guess my question would be what accounting software is being used?

The time sheet software field used to by my jam.

Accounting software is Simply Accounting, not sure what she uses for payroll. We are small enough integration isn't really important, as I think she prefers to run timesheet reports and enter it herself to verify as she goes, though I admit to not knowing much about the workflow.

For basic time tracking and project tracking we have used https://www.myintervals.com/ forever. Has a lot of features we don't use but I like that its not licensed by the seat.

When I was in scheduling, we always used InTime. I thought it was great.

If you want not to complex, ie scheduling, assignment etc and are just doing straight time card entry, then Harvest is really solid. I don't know if its changed but it wasn't really strong in terms of over time calcs.

Bigtime is always highly rated, I've looked at it a few times as a competitor. Its pretty full featured and people seem to like its user interface.

Zoho projects is really interesting and the nice thing about it is that there are a lot of pieces of clamp on functionality as you grow.

When I was with my last recruiting job they rolled out Bamboo which was pretty robust as well.
