So it’s good that he can have workload managed

Ya that was a little off but he seemed to nail the Oilers prediction of 6th in the division

I'd say its an obvious troll job.

Judging by last year's stats none of the Canadian teams are all that hot defensively.

ES Goals Against

15th-Winnipeg
19th- Montreal
21st-Vancouver
22nd-Calgary (tied with Van)
26th- Edmonton
27th- Toronto

Overall Goals Against

10th- Win
15th- Edm
17th- Cgy
19th- Mon
21st- Van
26th- Tor

Shots Against Overall

13th- Mon
19th- Tor
20th- Edm
24th- Cgy
25th- Win
28th- Van

Should be lots of fun, high offence games this season.

Well I do know that the Flames' numbers should at least improve as a result of Markstrom and to a lesser extent Tanev who is a shot suppressor on D. And I hope our team commitment to defense takes a step this year too.

You guys have fun with your all-offense approach though. If I took anything away from that Chicago series it was definitely that you need more offense. Kahun, Turris and Barrie? Oh baby, you guys are set to win all the 8-7 games.

Get that cup ready, boys.

Last year EDM was 26th in ES goals against.

This year they have replaced Klefbom (their best defenseman) with Barrie (who cannot play defense), and their goalie tandem is 70 years old (and wasn't good last year)

Edmonton is basically playing out the thought exercises can you have success with two point per game players and nothing else.
