He said he liked the idea of Royal Albert Hall because as a drummer he loves Bonham and loved Zeppelin's concert at RAH specifically. He asked his producer to recreate old concerts specials where you felt more like you there because they'd pick a camera angle and keep you there for awhile.

He loved that it made you feel more like you were experiencing it like a fan who was actually sitting in that area where the camera was instead of shooting it like a ADHD commercial style shoot like all these specials now a days.
One of my least favourite things to experience when viewing media of various types. Give me time to soak up what you're showing me, instead of switch switch switch. I understand if you're using it to create a mood or a feeling within the scene, but if you're just doing it because, it drives me nuts.

Star Trek Discovery is horrible for that. They like to spin the camera around the scene, and then cut as it spins to another character, continuing the spin. Sometimes they'll even do it with a Dutch angle. I think it is to distract from the nonsensicle story fragments.

Oh hey, one of them is on Youtube...

Anyone watching the new season of Top Boy? It's kind of like a British version of The Wire. I was skeptical when I heard that Drake brought it back for Season 3 after it had been cancelled but the new season has been really good so far.

GLOW has been renewed for a 4th -- and final -- season.

I thought season 3 wasn't as strong as the previous ones, but it's still nice they'll get to have a proper conclusion.

It had its moments, I like the idea of a fourth season, with some new characters which reflects the real ending of Glow.

I'm just happy they're not killing it on a cliffhanger. I'm still choked about Santa Clarita.

Season 3 was good enough, but you can tell it's running out of steam.

Strange that they're renewing shows that were panned, and cancelling good ones. I suppose some people liked Disenchantment, but were there that many? Maybe people just had Netflix set to auto-play next episode.

Disenchantment started out slow but got better as the season went on.

The initial order for Disenchantment was 20 episodes but they split it into two 10 episode parts, so this is just the completion of that initial order.

It must have been well-received enough for Netflix to give it a second 20 episode order, which it ordered last October. Those episodes will be released in 10 episode parts in 2020 and 2021.

Id prefer having my eyes ripped out by a rabid racoon than watching anything with that snake oil salesman Paltrow in it.

Iron Man, Avengers (1, Infinity and Endgame), Se7en, Contagion, Royal Tenenbaums, The Talented Mr. Ripley. All good movies you're missing out on because you can't separate an actor from their crappy real personality.

I've seen all those movies, most were before she became a horrible person and the others she's a bit piece.
The best way for me as a consumer to voice my dislike for the actions of a real person is to boycott their products, including their movies. if that means I sacrifice a few good movies, so be it.

But if you want to look past someone selling over priced wares by making false medical claims to the desperate and vulnerable just so you can say you didn't miss a special on Netflix, go ahead.

Is The Chef Show with John Favreau and Roy Choi on Canadian Netflix? The one with Gwyneth Paltrow where she forgets she was in Spider-Man Homecoming is hilarious.

Don’t give Netflix any ideas. They’ll greenlight pretty much anything nowadays.
