Teams should ask Treliving to send their players offer sheets - for what Treliving would offer if they were on his team. Then they could say “see how generous our offer was”?

I would bet RFAs get offersheets with some frequency. We never hear about them because they are almost never signed. I think players as a rule are not overly keen on signing offersheets.
