Well, that was interesting. I can't understand why Chris & Bret had so much trouble. Given what I understand of it, the staff have to treat it as if all the teams will show up at the same time, which would mean that there should have been 6 goblets and 30 coins. If you are having that much trouble finding them, wouldn't' that be a hint that you are looking in the wrong place? You should be tripping over them almost, with that much out there to find. Especially as the first team. So much botching on that.

Tyler and Korey, Colin and Christie and Becca and Floyd are all incredibly strong and are the frontrunners. Leo and Jamal had a great start to the race but haven't done much lately and Nicole and Victor have always been a team near the bottom.

I think anyone outside of Nicole and Victor have a good shot at winning and deservedly so. Colin and Christie are the ones I'm pulling for, because of the pool but mainly because they are old-school TAR. Becca and Floyd are good competitors but they get on my nerves.

To make an omelette, you have to break a few eggs. To get eliminated from The Amazing Race, Team Fun just had to break one.

Becca & Floyd fell behind the pack and ended up getting U-Turned. Even without breaking an egg, they would have been in tough to stay in the race.
  1. Colin & Christie (Win $7500 each)
  2. Tyler & Korey
  3. Leo & Jamal
  4. Nicole & Victor
  5. Becca & Floyd
  6. Chris & Bret
  7. Rachel & Elissa
  8. Janelle & Britney
  9. Corinne & Eliza
  10. Rupert & Laura
  11. Art & JJ
  • csnarpy: Leo & Jamal / Corinne & Eliza
  • trackercowe: Nicole & Victor / Janelle & Britney
  • Fuzz: Becca & Floyd / Chris & Bret
  • Hockey: Colin & Christie / Nicole & Victor
  • WhiteTiger: Corinne & Eliza / Rachel & Elissa
  • getbak: Art & JJ / Tyler & Korey
  • GoinAllTheWay: Chris & Bret / Becca & Floyd
  • ClubFlames: Tyler & Korey / Leo & Jamal
  • Amethyst: Rachel and Elissa / Colin & Christie
  • KevanGuy: Janelle & Britney / Art & JJ
  • surferguy: Rupert & Laura / Laura & Rupert

Fuzz and GoinAllTheWay will not be going all the way.

Next week, we get a two hour season finale. Leo & Jamal will race in their 33rd total leg, which will set a new record, breaking the one Rachel set just a few weeks ago.

Also, up until now Rachel and Brendon are the only team to have made it to the final three on two separate races. That will change next week as either Tyler & Korey or Colin & Christie (or both --- probably both) will make their second trip to the final three.

Glad to see Team Fun go. I did not find them fun to watch. Well, Floyd was okay, but Becca annoyed me. Nice of her to tell the guy at the challenge that she wanted to throw the egg in his face when she was the one who broke it.

Colin and Christie are my favourite by far, regardless of them being in my pool.

Team Effing Annoying you mean. However they still aren't as bad as the 2 dbags from Afghan. If they win I'll never watch the Amazing Race ever again.

I hope Nic and Vic take 4th. Nothing against them but I believe they're significantly weaker than the other teams and I never like seeing teams who were saved by non elimination legs win.

Hope Leo and Jamal or Colin and Christie win

AH! Team Fun! To many mistakes did them in, so that's OK. Better than going out by taxi.

Rooting for Corey and Tyler now. Definitely not the Afganamals.

It was funny watching the quite annoyance of the Dutch boil over on a few occasions in the canals.

Colin and Christie are legitimately insane. What was she saying? Something like "you have to be calm for them to speak to you telepathically".

Kind of a disappointing last leg, the challenges were all meh, and no memorization thing? A drum set for the final challenge? Pretty weak.

Loved the finale and was so happy to see my team win! I chose Colin and Christie for old time's sake, but in their first season, I hated them. However, watching them this time, I soon started pulling for them, regardless of them being in my pool. I loved hot Colin could poke fun at his former self. If you didn't see their original season, check out some clips. You would never believe it was the same person.

Tyler and Korey would have been well-deserved winners too, but I like the Colin and Christie story much better.

Leg 1... A tough leg in London gives us an all Amazing Race final 3.
  1. Leo & Jamal
  2. Tyler & Korey
  3. Colin & Christie
  4. Nicole & Victor
  5. Becca & Floyd
  6. Chris & Bret
  7. Rachel & Elissa
  8. Janelle & Britney
  9. Corinne & Eliza
  10. Rupert & Laura
  11. Art & JJ
  • csnarpy: Leo & Jamal / Corinne & Eliza
  • trackercowe: Nicole & Victor / Janelle & Britney
  • Fuzz: Becca & Floyd / Chris & Bret
  • Hockey: Colin & Christie / Nicole & Victor
  • WhiteTiger: Corinne & Eliza / Rachel & Elissa
  • getbak: Art & JJ / Tyler & Korey
  • GoinAllTheWay: Chris & Bret / Becca & Floyd
  • ClubFlames: Tyler & Korey / Leo & Jamal
  • Amethyst: Rachel and Elissa / Colin & Christie
  • KevanGuy: Janelle & Britney / Art & JJ
  • surferguy: Rupert & Laura / Laura & Rupert

ClubFlames makes it all the way to the Final with both teams still alive. That has to be a guaranteed win, doesn't it?

----------

No it does not.

Final Leg... Detroit Rock City and the redemption of Colin & Christie.
  1. Colin & Christie
  2. Tyler & Korey
  3. Leo & Jamal
  4. Nicole & Victor
  5. Becca & Floyd
  6. Chris & Bret
  7. Rachel & Elissa
  8. Janelle & Britney
  9. Corinne & Eliza
  10. Rupert & Laura
  11. Art & JJ
  • csnarpy: Leo & Jamal
  • Hockey: Colin & Christie
  • getbak: Tyler & Korey
  • ClubFlames: Tyler & Korey / Leo & Jamal
  • Amethyst: Colin & Christie

Congrats to Hockey and Amethyst for picking the winning team.

Now, we wait a whole 6 days until the start of The Amazing Race: Canada.

I was really rooting for Colin and Christie the last few episodes, so glad they won. They seem like really cool and down-to-earth people. Colin was just a beast in these last two legs.

Tyler and Korey are elite racers. Afghanimals are great too, but always seem to have that one brain-fart at the worst time.

I was pulling for Nicole and Victor when everyone was ganging up on them. I thought it was interesting how Korey was working with Christie, bailed on her and then Victor got ahead. And in the end, Korey and Tyler lost to them anyway.

I'll be happy to never see the Afgahnimals again. We get it. You have run the most legs. But you have never won, so no, you are not the best team ever. Give it a rest.

I think Colin might be the most dominant racer of all time. He’s carried them twice, to a 1st and a 2nd (no disrespect to Christie, she wasn’t pulling them back or anything).

Tyler and Korey are also one of the best teams in the history of the show. Always near the top.

Leo and Jamal are great racers as well, but typically make some bad error. Probably seen the last of them, but happy to see them get the most legs of all time

Yup, it looks like Colin figured out how to channel his intensity so that it wasn't so destructive. I'm so glad they won.
