Hmmmm I don't know! I own a vape, so I'm going to try it tonight!
Right now I'm using a pipe and a butane torch. I'm sure my wife thinks I'm smoking crack until I go into the kitchen and eat the fridge doors.
There's gotta be a better system.

If it is rolled into a long tube, then heated, then cooled, it will crumble into small pieces. In this form it will smoke with a regular lighter in a bowl (so you can stop huffing butane), vape better, or is can be sprinkled in with flower in a joint. If you go the joint route be careful where you smoke it as it may drop molten bits of hash from time to time.

I'm looking for an alternative to rolling it into a joint or using a pipe with this giant blowtorch of a lighter.
Gonna try rolling it in a tube, that sounds interesting. Way easier and hopefully more discreet and quicker.

I've got this thing....
It's a Pax2 which is a vaporizer that only works with flower, its amazing. The newer version, Pax3, you can use both flower and concentrates. If its anywhere as good as the Pax2 it would be an awesome choice for oils etc. Not really cheap though.

You can try hash under glass. An old 1970 era method we did in the day.
Modify as needed:
Cigarette pack stick a pin through it so the pointy end of the pin is sticking out an inch or so and is secure and sturdy.
Impale hash on pin.
Light hash with lighter.
Cover with tall glass
When it fills with smoke tilt glass slightly and inhale smoke. Make sure glass refills with air and keep going till hash is ash.
Or go to the head shop and purchase bong or pipe that works best for concentrates.

I have the Ghost MV1 for concentrates. It's an on-demand vape, not a session vape, so keep that in mind. For session vaping, I have a DaVinci IQ.

Yeah I've heard really good things about that. I almost got it but ended up going with the DaVinci IQ which is also great...and also not cheap. But the quality increase between my old $100 vape to the IQ is pretty much incomparable, including smell reduction.

Dynavap for flower and concentrates. I had a more expensive Arizer Solo 2 and unloaded it after trying the dynavap. It extracts better and uses less herb. Highly recommend!

I don't know about that. Not a heavy user and I took 4 of those lemon skunk pills once and I felt pretty messed up. A lot of new people will try edibles so a cap is fine. It is always easier to loosen the rules than tighten them up.
