No garage or back alley will hurt your chances...
Good luck though...

back alley is not always looked upon as a bonus. A garage is ideal however one could be built as there is a driveway on the right side of the house.
But thanks for the feedback, come check out the charity open house on the weekend and give your feedback if you have time!

Back alleys round my way are used mostly for shooting crank and crack hoes earning their $10, best not to have one.

To be honest, the curb appeal for me is pretty poor.
Seems like a nice enough house inside, but the two story section of the front looks like it should be on the back of the house with the giant section of nothing beside the windows.
Tough to do anything about it now, but some smart money in landscaping would really benefit the property I would think.

Yeah, the curb appeal is pretty weak but it looks like they've done a nice job inside.
When buying, I don't mind crappy curb appeal as it can disproportionately devalue a property. That's how it worked with my house, anyway. After we moved in we put an interlocking brick pathway and patio out front, painted the house, pruned the trees and voila, looks much better for not that much.

Low batteries, and frankly low curb appeal. I wouldn't buy his sarcasm detector for the listed price.

He's asking for feedback, just not your kind of feedback. He would like to know your dislikes AND your likes.
BTW i wouldn't put too much concern into any negative posts on here. Not like they were looking to buy anyway.

Looks like a pretty nice place.
Dont really like the wall with the fish tank much though, would like better if the whole kitchen had a wall, or at least half the kitchen, imo.

I like the deck / hot tub combination in the backyard. Theatre room seems a little tight for space, but could be the pics.
I'm not looking, but would be a good starter home, and some decent renos inside. Except for all the Deer Valley HOODRATS!

Why are houses in Deer Run so cheap? Almost "projects" cheap.
