Yeah that gets a big meh from me. If it was like a 3-4 episode epilogue sort of thing, I'd probably be interested.

Hard to replace arguably the best character of the show. I always think about the "Break out Lucille!" episode with the pool hustlers as he was such a great character.

So apparently HBO Max isn't offered directly in Canada, but content can be accessed through Crave?

What do you need to add to get this content? pretty sure the HBO package for my cable is like 20+ bucks a month. Thats really steep for streaming content.

I think you need Crave + HBO. When I renewed Shaw threw it in for really cheap, like $5/month or something. Maybe see if they will give you a deal. Crave and HBO has great content.

Yeah I pay the money for HBO+Crave.

I have never found it not to be worth it. They have some really good stuff.

Crave is worth it, but I wish their apps and general platforming was more refined. Recently I have had to log in every single time I access the Android app, which is a gigantic pain in the ass.

While getting access to HBO's entire catalogue, you also get access to Showtime and Starz programming as well as a bevy of new and old movies and cable TV shows. In a lot of ways their streaming content has become much more relevant than Netflix.

Yup.

It's not talked about too much but if I had to choose one of Crave+HBO, Netflix, or Amazon Prime Video then I'm probably taking Crave + HBO.

Easily the best of the streaming options IMO. Tons of great content from some of the premium providers.

I'm curious what provider you're with that is offering HBO but not Crave. My understanding is that all the Canadian providers had Crave+HBO as a package and no option for just HBO?

Sorry Crave is part of that package, just to get all the HBO content it was 20 bucks when GOT was on, it might be different now. But yes you got Crave + HBO.

Damn, it was awesome. The James Avery segment and retrospective was crushing, but brilliant.

I thought only Will had beef with the OG Aunt Viv

Why was Carlton absent when she made her return on set with all the cast?

She was ruthless towards all of them. It started with Will.

Yeah, I dont remember all of the details but wasnt it speculated that she was just a monster to work with? I understood that she held a special place in her heart for hating Will Smith but when they canned her wasnt it after a full on revolt by the entire cast?

Sorry, but when the entire group wants you launched into the Sun maybe thats a note for some personal introspection.

Like from the Simpsons..."Am I out of touch? No...its the children who are wrong..."

Not to mention...I love weird crap happening with shows...but they didnt even write her out they just straight-up replaced her.

Its like coming to work one day and they painted over your parking space and there is someone sitting at your desk who looks a lot like you and is doing your job.

"Didnt you get the memo?"

Original Viv was a much more interesting character. Second Viv was a glorified extra.
