Was that Tony Stark in one of those fancy matching suits? I'm kinda bummed that they showed that. I liked going into the movie with the mystery of wondering what happens to him. I mean they wouldn't kill him by just letting him die in a space craft with no air or rations but let people wonder.

I'm still excited to see this movie!

I'm guessing those suits look kinda like Astronaut suits... perhaps for some travel into the Quantum Realm to head back in time?

Trailers are hard. On one hand you don't want to blow every joke your movie has like so many of them do. On the other... Toy Story 4 doesn't really look all that funny... I'm sure it will be really good, but that was an interesting tone.

I do like that forky has a bit of a Mr. Meeseeks vibe going for him.

It definitely feels like a movie for parents than it does for kids. Though the people who watched the first one as kids are now in their 30s or close to and likely have kids of their own.

I love Toy Story but I do think it probably should have ended after 3 - it really was the perfect ending to that story IMO.

Yeah I don’t see how they could possibly top that, still hoping they manage to do it though.

Well Tim Allen hasnt worked in a long time and those 'Home Improvement' residuals are probably wearing a little thin...

I'm sure he's doing just fine since his current show has been on 7 years

^^^

I hadn't seen John Wick in a while, and for some reason thought his whole beef was over people disrespecting his car. Thought for a second he was still on a rampage about someone insulting his car a decade ago....looked it up, there's more to it than that.

3 was an incredible movie, I agree. But I have faith they will pull something off with this one.

I do agree tho that Toy Story 4 is likely geared towards late 20s/early 30s people with kids than their kids themselves.

I found Incredibles 2 to be like this as well. I enjoyed it, but I found myself thinking a child might not as much as the 1st or something like WallE

gotta give Pixar the benefit of the doubt, but yeah, it seemed like TS3 which pitch perfect, ending in a way that signaled a whole beginning for woody and buzz...

of course i thought the same thing with Breaking Bad and was proven wrong

It seems like borderline heresy to say it, but Toy Story 3 just didnt do it for me. Could never put my finger on why exactly

It’s because it wasn’t very good. Exactly like Up.

10 great minutes that tug on the heartstrings with 90 mins of mediocre movie around it. The only difference is Up put the amazing 10 minutes at the beginning and TS3 put it at the end.
