You know what we could use? Good news. Time to roll out those Heritage Classic jerseys, Flames!
I'm also hopeful for a nice long playoff run, where Valimaki can come back and contribute at 100%

1. I explained my opinion
2. bigern chimed in with a sexual insult
THAT'S what happened.

That's not what happened. It was closer to:
1. Kurwamac throws out baseless/unexplained attacks against a young player (i.e. he is selfish and won't amount to anything.)
2. CP posters are curious as to why thinks that, a joke about jilted romance common to the forums is made
3. Kurwamac takes this entirely personally, begins to dig deeper hole by personally attacking posters for their "unexplained attacks" against them- failing to see the rank hypocrisy between points 1-3.
It really seems like you are confused or seriously trying to gaslight an entire online forum.
So... you ok?

I am hoping that this no good offseason of news will lead to inverse playoff results from last season's good offseason news.

Farm team player for a decade and he takes a disliking to Kylington of all prospects over that entire time?? Just seems odd.

What a trash comment.

Valimaki/Phaneuf/Kulak talk on 960 right now and Nault is the voice of reason.
Strange days.

I didn't read anything other than what you said, and what you had quoted.
This summer is getting weird. It's a thread about a torn ACL...and here we are...

Thoughts on adding Kronwall as a PTO?? Has history with Peters, is a lefty, played 79 games last year while averaging 20 mins a night. Being 38 he would be a good candidate to split time with Kylington and he is a greybeard who’s seen it all.
Would any of you guys be down to add Kronwall?

As a #5/6, he can be a solid addition. I didn't watch him much last year though. Would he want to play for another team other than the Red Wings?
But if he is willing to come for a PTO, by all means.

Kronwall is either a Red Wing (with a one-way deal) or retired. Yzerman made that reasonably clear earlier in the summer.

Agreeing with Jiri; no reason to keep poking and this is a legitimate topic that is open for good discussion/debate.
Ideally we give Kylington as much minutes as possible but I would understand Treliving wanting to add another body on D as the season is long and losing Valimaki for at least half is a big blow.
Who would be a good target for a trade around Frolik??

I'm conflicted. My memories of Kronwall have been good to very good player, but this is through the lens of the Wings being an absolute powerhouse. Is Kronwall good enough still to actually be a positive? I wanna say yes, but I really don't know, having not watched a lot of Detroit hockey last couple seasons
